THE SHORT LIST

Pregnancy Skincare: What I Use

These are products I use daily, morning and night. Clean, effective and pregnancy-safe — listed in the order I apply them.

I'm from - Rice Toner

Clean, simple ingredients and one I kept throughout pregnancy — it noticeably helped with breakouts, including stubborn texture that wouldn’t surface. I grew up using rice water to calm my skin, so I trust this kind of formula — and it works. Light, hydrating, and refreshing. Shake gently before use.

SUNGBOON EDITOR - Green Tomato Pore Lifting Ampoule

A lightweight serum with niacinamide and green tomato extract that helps refine pores and improve overall texture. Hydrating without feeling heavy, and especially good in warmer weather when pores are more visible. I use it morning and night after toner — skin feels smoother within days.

Estée Lauder - Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Treatment

An antioxidant-based brightening treatment I kept in my routine — effective for evening out skin tone and improving overall texture. I’ve tried other vitamin C serums, but I prefer the consistency of this one. I use it once in the morning. Follow with sunscreen when using in a daytime routine.

Physiogel - Daily Hydrating Facial Cream

My long-time staple — one I’ve used for years and still keep in my routine. Deeply hydrating and helps lock in moisture throughout the day. It can feel a bit rich if overapplied, so I use less in the summer and more in drier months.

ROUND LAB - Birch Juice Moisturizing Cream

A lightweight, hydrating moisturizer I layer before Physiogel. Especially good in warmer months when you want hydration without heaviness. I use more of this in the summer, and switch to more Physiogel in colder, drier seasons.
