THE SHORT LIST
Pregnancy Body Care: What I Use
Ever since I found out I was pregnant, stretch marks were always in the back of my mind. As my belly grew, the dryness and itchiness came with it.
This is a curated short list of body care products that worked for me — no overthinking, just what’s worth considering.

Bio-Oil - Skincare Body Oil Serum
I know — you’ve seen this everywhere. But the hype is real.
It absorbs quickly and keeps my belly hydrated throughout the day, which helped with that tight, stretching feeling.
I used it consistently twice a day, morning and night.
Clarins - Body Partner Stretch Mark Expert
A hydrating cream that helped with dryness and itchiness throughout pregnancy. Rich but absorbs well, making it easy to layer with oil.
I also like the airless pump — simple to use and no product wasted. I apply this first, then follow with Bio-Oil once fully absorbed.
Cetaphil - Face & Body Moisturizer
A reliable, everyday body lotion that’s deeply hydrating without feeling heavy. One I’ve used consistently — simple, effective, and easy to reach for on busy days when skin feels dry.
LumiDew - Ceramic Guasha Tool for Face & Body
A simple tool for relieving tension and supporting circulation. Easy to grip, glides smoothly on the skin, and works well across different areas of the body.
I mostly use it on my legs to help with swelling — gentle pressure goes a long way.
FIT KING - Air Pressure Leg Massager
Easy to use and applies consistent pressure to help with leg swelling. The compression can feel strong (in a good way), especially on days when swelling is worse.
A practical option to use regularly — even at the end of the day. Slightly on the louder side, but manageable.
